Thank you to the Scott County Regional Authority (SCRA) for their continued support of improving educational opportunities for students!

SCRA awarded the Edison Academy a $8,900 grant funding Chromebooks and computer carts.

Thank you to the SCRA committee for approving the grant request for the purchase of chromebooks for Edison Academy. Many of our students come to us being credit deficient so having the technology to assist them in online learning classes is crucial to their success. Having access to technology also levels the playing field and makes learning more equitable.

Edison Academy is a shared alternative education program between Bettendorf, North Scott and Pleasant Valley. The program typically serves between 50 and 60 students per quarter.
