Using Art as a Tool - Feb. 11

For Youth & Adults: This workshop will show you how making art can enhance brain health, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. You'll take part in fun art activities, learn from Anna Richards, a licensed mental health counselor and art therapist, and discover ways to use creativity in your everyday life.


Stress Management - Mar. 25

For Adults: This session will examine the impact of stress on both mental and physical health while providing practical tools for managing stress in daily life. Attendees will learn techniques to alleviate anxiety, foster resilience, and enhance overall well-being, empowering them to navigate challenges with greater ease.

For Youth: Participants will engage in interactive activities to explore effective strategies for managing their emotions, coping with stress, and developing resilience to tackle challenges with confidence.
